Winterization of Homes
For many years we have been working with many local real estate companies. When homes are vacant we winterize all the plumbing to keep it from being damaged by freezing temperatures. We blow out all the hot and cold water lines with air. We remove the water from the traps and fill them with non-toxic anti-freeze. We tape toilet seats closed and post signs to the fact.

Since 2002 MTP Plumbing & Heating LLC has worked closely with Celebrity Pools to install and build custom pool houses, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, outdoor sinks, outdoor shower and pool fill lines. We have completed hundred of these jobs and regularly winterize each of our past projects.
